ACHIEVING INNER PEACE

Over the years Fr. Gerard Dowling has helped many people plagued by scruples. In this book, he considers the causes of this condition and outlines the steps that need to be taken if the sufferer is to be well again. He writes as one who endured this condition himself for many years. Deep inner peace eventually came to him and he hopes that this book will encourage others to seek out and follow the same path to inner peace.

About the Author: Gerard Dowling has been a priest for five decades, most of which have been served as a counselor with Centacare Catholic Family Services in Melbourne, Australia. His radio call-in program, The Family Counsellor, has been broadcast since 1973. A recipient of the Medal of the Order of Australia, he was also awarded the Medal of Honour by the Christophers for ‘affirming the highest values of the human spirit, through his work as a radio counsellor’.
