About the Author: Fr Edmund Power is a Benedictine monk and, since 2005, Abbot St Paul’s Outside and the Walls in Rome, where the mortal remains of the Apostle are enshrined. Born in the UK in 1952, he entered Douai Abbey. Gaining a PhD in Theology from the University of London, he taught for many years, and was Prior of the College of Sant’ Anselmo in Rome before being elected Abbot of St Paul’s.
