In this prayerful and reflective program, Sr. Carole directs the listener to a fresh awareness of the presence of God in our lives by cultivating an appreciation for simplicity. By developing attentiveness to the present moment we can embrace the simple joys of being human, being alive. To live more simply means to encounter life more directly, more fully, and more wholeheartedly. As we learn to cleanse the mind, our vision becomes objective, uncluttered, non-judgmental, and we are able to develop a detachment from selfishness in order to be attentive to the present moment, and to use all things with care and responsibility. Powerful material to help develop a dynamic attitude toward life, which seeks less “to have”, and more “to be.”
