Life traps take control of us when they interrupt our emotional, physical and relational wll-being, therefore an unhealthy life trap will undermine and hold us back from a full fruitful life.
Fr. Cecero gives a short list of ways to evaluate yourself and how to make those changes you were afraid to make. A sampling is: are normal duties insurmountable? Do you often seek advice to the extreme? Do you find it difficult to express your own ideas or to spend time alone? If you answer yes to one of thies questions, you may be an unhealthy dependent.
Dependence can be healthy or unhealthy. Fr. Cecero demonstrates the difference between them and shows you how to move from unhealthy to healthy depndence. He suggests goals that will help you make your lifestyle changes; and increase your reeadiness to engage life; take risk; and examine healthy limitations.
A necessary program for personal growth.
