SPIRITUALITY OF CHRISTIAN LEADERSHIP, A

Fr. Rossetti speaks about leadership from a Christian perspective. In his first talk entitled, “Understanding and Responding to Psychopathology”, Fr. Rossetti explains how Christian leaders can recognize and deal with personnel problems from a psychological and counseling perspective. “Wellness for Christian Leaders” is Fr. Rossetti’s second talk and he details the six major struggles of a Christian leader and how to manage them. Fr. Rossetti says that if Christian leaders take care of themselves spiritually, mentally and physically they can take better care of others. In the last talk entitled, “Spirituality of Leadership”, Fr. Rossetti elucidates how the Christian leader can grow spiritually from dealing with the six major struggles he introduced in his second talk.
