El que decide comprender y vivir de verdad esa experiencia se dará cuenta que su dolor y angustia ya no lo puede destruir y que su vida comienza de nuevo.

Many depressed men and women do not know how to change their situation and when they do know it, do not have the stamina to do it. This happens because they follow wrong ways. Some find strategies, doctors show ways, but the power they need to overcome their suffering comes from God’s experience. Those who are determined to understand and to live that experience will realize that suffering and anguish cannot destroy them, for they have commenced a new life.
