Our Purchasing Policies

We believe that our products are among the highest quality you will find. To ensure that you have the maximum satisfaction from these items, please be sure to read and understand our Purchasing Policies below.

GENERAL POLICIES
Your product is unconditionally guaranteed to work correctly. Our products meet the highest quality control standards and are tested regularly to exceed performance expectations. We're confident that they will give you many hours of enjoyment when cared for, stored, and used properly.

All purchases must be made in US FUNDS only. We cannot accept foreign currencies at this time.

Note that if you pay by credit card, your statement will show "Alba House" as the vendor that charged this credit card.

StPauls.us only replaces product that has been damaged or is not working correctly. Unless product is specifically damaged in transit or is non-functional, it is not eligible for return.

THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE MUST BE FOLLOWED SPECIFICALLY TO REPLACE PRODUCT:

• You must first call our Customer Service Center at 800-343-2522.
• When you contact our Service Center, be prepared to give us the Product information (name of product, date of purchase, etc.).
• We cannot accept returns for product that was damaged by the purchaser/owner of the product. Only damage that occurred during the original shipment to you qualifies as "replaceable" damage.

All damaged product will be REPLACED with identical product. Exchanges, refunds, or credits are not given.

REPLACEMENT OF INCORRECT ITEMS
If we accidentally ship incorrect merchandise, please simply let us know of the error WITHIN 30 DAYS of the package's arrival. We will be happy to immediately correct the error and arrange for the return of the incorrect merchandise that you received. Incorrect articles include cases where:

Wrong Item was delivered
Wrong Size was delivered
Wrong Quantity was delivered

SHIPPING
We ship using United Parcel Service (UPS) only. Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible, but there are times when product is out of stock or backordered. If you provide an email address during the ordering process, we will communicate with you and inform you of this situation if it applies to your order. Most orders are delivered to customers within 2-3 weeks of the date of ordering.

StPauls.us reserves the right to handle any additional situations not described in this policy on a "case-by-case" basis. We pledge that our service to our customers will be honest, fair, and as responsive as possible.
